Hi all,
Today was fun. Second to last day of lectures, although with the snow storm at the moment, Uni may be closed tomorrow...either way, my degree is nearing to an end!
It was snowing hard out today. I walked to the bus stop amongst it all. Now I can really say I've had to walk to school in the snow! It was so quiet and...'reflective-like' walking in the winter wonderland. Everything was so white and yummy looking. I was singing and dancing and thinking how cool life was (and probably how cool I was). Haha.
But really I wasn't as cool as this girl at law school with the matching pink toque (beanie), mittens and pink gumboots! I mean seriously, was she just waiting for today when she could bust out that outfit...on call! Seriously wished I had pink gumboots!
Tim left for Bangladesh today. Will be back on Christmas Eve. Three weeks to get all my work done before Christmas :). Yay for getting all my work done!
Comments have been kinda quiet of late, which makes it kinda boring for me...reading my own blog! What's everyone doing in NZ or elsewhere???

I'm having a 'yeah tim's gone' party. I'm also planning a full scale invasion of his end of New Windsor, so that he'll have no choice but to move to Christchurch next year.
Maybe you should post something controversial and divisive - encourage some debate.

I would love for someone to educate me upon my company's "violations of human rights" . Seriously...I'm ALL ears! Hey, what about that whole OXFAM thing anyway. Anyone care to educate me OR better yet discuss the practices of OXFAM and what THEY are doing for the Etiopian farmers??? Oh right, I forgot we are Starbucks and sooooooo evil :} Waiting.....

oh yeah, and i liked the way you advocate and demonstrate 'light' conversation by pulling out your big needle. interesting approach. i guess if you want to avoid controversy, annihilating the other side is one way to do it.

Yes, I did notice the Nigella/Martha picture. I was too busy being grateful that it wasn't my face in that picture to think about which name I'd prefer. Now that I have had a second to think about it, I realise I like neither.(sorry, maybe next time!)
I didn't realise that Janey likes to go by Izzy these days... Izzy what though? I must say that I don't know much at all about Janey/Izzy these days?!
And finally, don't dis the needle! I am sure that it's saved the both of us many many a time!

Justin, you and Lauryn should really get together to discuss some lyrical arrangements for her new album.
Speaking of which, I just listened to her 'Unplugged' album this week. Ever heard it? It's really different but moving. Not as 'musically sound'...but she sings/preaches the gospel and her testimony/salvation experience throughout.
P.S. I know Tim will really appreciate your 'one-liner'(when he manages to find a computer to read it)! Not sure if he's dreaming of much after his brick breaking in Bangladesh experiences.

oh by the way, Jax, it appears that 'anonymous' is actually a combination of different people - including Devon (as mentioned above, and Janey). Not that we want to expose anyone who obviously wanted to be anonymous though but it appears okay in this context...
